I wrote a few days ago about the sudden surge in unexpected site visits for small and medium sized companies which have been petitioning for non-immigrant workers. I encourage you to review this and, for my immigration attorney readers, I especially suggest sharing Fragomen's link with any clients you might have who could conceivably recieve an unexpected visit from the ICE folks.
